Our approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 calendar days. However, it may vary depending on the destination city.

Our shipments have a cost of $5,000 COP to all of Colombia.

Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Keep in mind that if your purchase was made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be shipped the first business day after the purchase.

How can I track my purchase order?

You will receive an email with the purchase order and guide number, which you can track through the website of the logistics operator that we indicate.



Write us to the email and let us know your Name, ID, order number, contact number, items to return and reason for return.

Within a maximum period of 2 business days, our team will contact you to give you information on the steps to follow.


You have thirty (30) calendar days to request an exchange or refund.

The garments to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and have all the labels as they were delivered.

Discounted items are not refundable.

The company does not assume return shipping costs.

The change is made once we receive the item(s). The total time that the entire return process can take is 5-15 business days.
